Typographical Errors
In the event a Zelli Shoes product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Zelli Shoes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Zelli Shoes shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you account or credit card has already been charged for the pruchase and your order is cancelled, Zelli Shoes shall issue a credit to your account or credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term & Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the web site and/or completing the registration or ordering process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Zelli Shoes without notice at any time for any reason.
